17 Oct Patria Nominated for enRoute Magazine’s Best New Restaurant
One of the hottest new restaurants to hit the Toronto culinary scene, Patria, has recently been nominated for enRoute Magazine’s Best New Restaurant.
Patria, a Spanish-inspired tapas bar located at 478 King Street West, has received rave reviews by both locals and food connoisseurs alike and has been growing in popularity since its opening earlier this year.
Located on the ground floor of BLVD Developments’ Victory Condos, Patria is an example of the developer’s desire to offer an array of world class lifestyle amenities for both the community and their residents. Working with chefs and restaurateurs they admire and trust, BLVD, a member of the Lifetime Group of Companies, is committed to leasing prime ground floor space in their condos to restaurants like Patria, creating just the right impression for residents and visitors alike.
Patria is the second high profile restaurant to locate in Victory Condos, following the arrival of Weslodge, a saloon-style gastro pub, in 2012. Owned and operated by the same team, Weslodge and Patria are thrilling both neighbourhood and condo residents with their inviting atmosphere, casual, yet chic design, and award-worthy food.
The enRoute nomination is just the latest accolade for Patria. The nomination comes as part of enRoute Magazine’s annual People’s Choice Awards for Canada’s Best New Restaurants. Receiving suggestions from a panel of Canada’s top food professionals, enRoute selects 35 new restaurants to be nominated. Through an online public voting contest the Top 10 are announced in the November issue of enRoute.
