CHOOSE YOUR LAYOUT

You’ll begin by choosing your preferred layout with our experienced sales professionals. We’ll work together to meet all of your requirements.

AGREEMENT OF PURCHASE

An Agreement of Purchase and Sale will be signed, which guarantees our commitment to your satisfaction. After becoming a Lifetime client, we will keep you informed throughout the construction process as your home is built

COLOUR SELECTION

During construction, our colour selection team will work with you and assist you in choosing the finishes and upgrades you desire to make it your home.

PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION

Prior to occupancy, you will have your first opportunity to view your home with our customer care team, where they will demonstrate how to operate your home’s systems.

OCCUPANCY

Approximately a month after your PDI, you’ll be able to pick up the keys to your new Lifetime home. Congratulations!

TARION WARRANTY

Every project developed by Lifetime is protected with a warranty that is guaranteed with third-party, Tarion Warranty Corporation. The coverage protects your home, as well as all common/shared elements of the building. It is effective beginning the date of possession and lasts for the remainder of the warranty period, even if you decide to sell before then.
