Designed by Page + Steele IBI Group Architects, Neptune and Neptune 2 are the third and fourth phases of Waterpark City on Toronto’s historic Fort York Boulevard.

The two residential towers are situated along the western boundary of June Callwood Park, and feature a shared podium, double-glazed glass, and sleek, modern construction.
