With enriching amenities including an outdoor terrace, a resident’s lounge, a chef’s kitchen and dining area, a theatre room, a fitness centre, and a dog social lounge, Oscar Residences will provide sleek, multi-use spaces for residents and their guests to enjoy.

As a brand dedicated to supporting arts and culture and enhancing the communities across the Greater Toronto Area, Lifetime Developments is partnering with iconic Canadian photographer George Pimentel, renowned for his documentation of celebrities and power players at the world’s most exclusive and intimate A-list events, including The Oscars, the Golden Globes, TIFF and more, who will act as an artist collaborator on the Oscar project. Pimentel’s most celebrated work will be featured within the development with striking installations throughout the shared amenities of the building. A limited-edition coffee table book featuring the artist’s works will also be developed to celebrate the partnership.
