Through this strategic partnership, Lifetime will be implementing these systems into all our new buildings going forward, starting with Oscar Residences.

Clear’s trail-blazing Aura Smart Air’s air filtration system recently received regulatory approval from the Israeli Ministry of Health, a global leader in the fight against COVID-19, passing initial testing at its facilities in California and achieving 99.99% effectiveness in eliminating viruses in enclosed spaces. Like Clear, we too believe that healthy indoor air and water is a right, not a privilege. As indoor air can be up to 5 times more polluted than outdoor air, and most of the U.S and Canada’s drinking water infrastructure is nearing the end of its useful life, systems that further provide additional filtration and purification are no longer a nice-to-have in our eyes. We remain committed to providing residents with future-forward, innovative ways to live a healthy lifestyle, especially in the midst of a collective, heightened understanding of how pollutants impact our daily lives and long-term health.
